Our goal is to build the preeminent mixed-use office building in Seattle by focusing on our customers: local residents, entrepreneurs, prospective tenants, and shoppers.
Thirteen stories overlooking South Lake Union, 400 Fairview will be supported by an interactive ground floor—an open air Market Hall with curated, small-scale, "lifestyle support" retail, services, cafes, and a restaurant, plus convertible indoor/outdoor space for programmed and spontaneous events and gatherings.
Office floors will be very large, flexible, and daylit. Roof greens and gardens will offer respite and views to the city and lake. We envision a living, breathing building with a LEED Platinum Plus target.
